Travel Agency ULYSSES T.R.U.S.T. PRAGUE Ltd. helps children in care
In June 2008, the travel agency ULYSSES T.R.U.S.T. PRAGUE Ltd. surprised twelve children from Children's Home in DUBÁ – DEŠTNÁ with a seaside holiday in Tunisia.
The children will be staying at a beach resort hotel, with an extensive beautiful garden with palm trees, blooming oleander, hibiscuses and Bougainvillaea, which are dominated by brand new outdoor swimming pool with waterslides and children's swimming pools with further slides. The children will also be able to make use of children's club, indoor swimming pool and many other facilities, which the hotel is offering to their young customers.
Every child wishes to have a complete family – mummy, daddy, brothers and sisters – who together create a caring, loving, happy and safe home environment, where children feel understood and listened to. A home they look forward to going back to, where they feel support, love and where they often hear: 'we love you and will do for you whatever we possibly can.' Simply a home, providing the most vulnerable of us with a safe, loving and caring home environment. It will help children, who do not yet understand the reasons for their circumstances, to overcome their difficult situation, develop their self-confidence, and re-establish confidence in the people and world around them.
The majority of us want to help these children and every form of help is incredibly useful and necessary. This is a reason why we have particularly welcomed the very generous offer of travel agency ULYSSES T.R.U.S.T. PRAGUE to provide assistance by arranging a seaside holiday for children in care. Together we chose children from children's home in Dubá – Deštná, who have never had the opportunity to experience travelling abroad by an airplane. We believe that thanks to the assistance of travel agency ULYSSES T.R.U.S.T. PRAGUE, the children have had a great holiday this summer and have been able to experience the wider world.

The travel agency ULYSSES T.R.U.S.T. PRAGUE Ltd was established in 1993 as a tour operator specialising in holiday provision in the Mediterranean. Since its establishment, it has placed foremost emphasis on provision of high quality services to their customers. Initially, it cooperated with public authorities, allowance organisations and large travel agencies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary, for which it prepared seasonal holiday packages for the Mediterranean region.
As the company grew, it also opened offices for wider public in Prague-Vinohrady, and started selling holiday packages through authorised travel agents across the whole Czech Republic. As their clientele grew, it started broadening its remit and expanded its products to new regions and hotel resorts.
Immediately after the issuing of Law no. 159/1999, which further specified regulations relating to operating travel agencies, the company signed an insurance agreement to protect itself and its customers in the case of bankruptcy. As a result, in 2000, the company received a trade licence no.3100010-000328497.
In 2001, the company moved its premises to Prague 1 in order to be more accessible to out of town customers. IN order to further improve its services, the company was one of the first travel agencies in the country to receive an ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2003, confirming that the company has implemented management processes to the required standard.
In 2007, the company successfully passed another inspection and received certificate no 60/2007, which confirms that the company has successfully implemented effective management processes to the required high standard, which ensure the level of customer service provision, in accordance with the regulation ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
