The foundation Life for Children is also helping in Moravia and Silesia.
The mission of the foundation is to help ill, handicapped and lonely children within the Czech Republic. Since 2003, the Foundation is provided support to organisations in Moravia and Silesia.
VAs the Foundation is increasingly developing more activity in the Moravian region, we have established a new branch in Brno, which is situated at: Belohorska 4440/145, 636 00 Brno/Zidenice, The Czech Republic, tel. +420 721 904704
This branch under the management of Mrs Petra Fajmonova will be seeking to raise resources for Moravian and Silesian hospitals, welfare institutions and children's homes, partly by approaching companies and also organising various charitable fundraising events (such as auctions, concerts and fashion shows) and by organising traditional fund-raising projects.
We believe that this news will be positive for the relevant Moravian and Silesian institutions as well as inspire regional companies, corporations and the community at large to help and become involved.
The summary of support provided to date:
- Help donated to paediatric wards: 8 433 039,20 CZK
- Help donated to other child orientated institutions: 1 374 654 CZK
- Support to education projects: 1 216 339.50 CZK
