Engaging schools in the fundraising activities
Dear Colleagues
We would like to ask you and your students to join us in organising the “Heart Days”. We are aware that we could not offer our help without the valuable support that schools provide.
How do Schools help?
Schools that have already participated in our fundraising activities, free up a group of 10-30 students on a designated day, who offer our products to passing citizens in their town centres. Students always work in pairs, one of them being in charge of the financial contributions and the other one of the products that are on offer. The volume of offered products is always based on the size of the town and on the number of participating students.
Students also readily distribute information leaflets, containing detailed information on our activities and on the purpose of the fundraising activities. Each student has an identification badge, with the name of the School they represent and their name.
Each student also has a Certificate on the date of the notification of the fundraising collection based on § 4 paragraph 1 Act number. 117/2001, relating to public fundraising activites and to amendments of relevant Act (authorisation of collection), in addition to a copy of the agreement on joint collaboration between their School and our organisation and a letter of attorney to carry out the fundraising activities on behalf of our organisation.
